通过甲基丙烯酸( MAA)和聚乙二醇( mPEG)进行酯化,合成了一类具有反应活性的羧酸系减水剂中间大单体———聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯。应用正交实验研究了多种合成因素(醇酸摩尔比、催化剂使用量、阻聚剂使用量、实验温度)对酯化反应的影响,获得制备聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯的最优生产条件:醇酸摩尔比为1:3,催化剂对甲苯磺酸(PTS)使用量是原材料总质量1.3%,阻聚剂氢醌用量是MAA质量的0.8%,反应温度是105℃,并对不同分子量的聚乙二醇与甲基丙烯酸的酯化进程进行了分析比较。
通過甲基丙烯痠( MAA)和聚乙二醇( mPEG)進行酯化,閤成瞭一類具有反應活性的羧痠繫減水劑中間大單體———聚乙二醇甲基丙烯痠酯。應用正交實驗研究瞭多種閤成因素(醇痠摩爾比、催化劑使用量、阻聚劑使用量、實驗溫度)對酯化反應的影響,穫得製備聚乙二醇甲基丙烯痠酯的最優生產條件:醇痠摩爾比為1:3,催化劑對甲苯磺痠(PTS)使用量是原材料總質量1.3%,阻聚劑氫醌用量是MAA質量的0.8%,反應溫度是105℃,併對不同分子量的聚乙二醇與甲基丙烯痠的酯化進程進行瞭分析比較。

A kind of monomer with reaction activity polyethylene glycol methacrylate,which could be used as the intermediate macromonomer of polycarboxylate high performance water-reducer. It was prepared by the esterification of methacrylic acid ( MAA ) and polyethylene glycol ( mPEG ) . The experimental conditions ( alcohol and acid molar ratio, the amount of catalyst, the amount of the polymerization inhibitor,experimental temperature) were investigated by using orthogonal design. Optimal production condition to prepare polyethylene glycol methacrylate were got:alcohol and acid molar ratio is 1 : 3. The amount of catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid ( PTS) is 1. 3% of the total mass of raw materials. Hydroquinone polymerization inhibitor is used in an amount of 0. 8% by mass MAA, the reaction temperature is 105 ℃. And esterification process of different molecular weights polyethylene glycol and methacrylic acid were analyzed and compared.
