非线性编辑系统通常由软件系统、硬件系统两部分组成，软件主要指操作系统软件和应用软件，硬件主要指计算机（或服务器）、数字化I/O接口、高速大容量硬盘等。通过总结早期使用非编设备所积累的经验教训，在广泛调研、比较的基础上，讨论了建设一个非线性编辑工作室所遇到的几个关键性问题。

Nonlinear editing system usually consists of two parts that is software system and hardware system. The former mainly refers to the operating system software and application software, The latter mainly refers to the computer (or server), digital I/O interface, high speed and large-capacity hard disk etc.. Through the experience and lesson accumulated from the use of the early nonlinear editing device and on the basis of broad investigation and comparison, the paper discusses some critical problems emerging in establishing a nonlinear editing studio.
