目的：探讨集束化护理干预对大肠癌患者术后生活质量的影响。方法：将64例大肠癌患者随机分为观察组33例和对照组31例，对照组采取常规护理措施，观察组在对照组基础上实施集束化护理干预。两组患者均于术前1 d 和出院后2周采用肿瘤患者生活质量量表（EORTC QLQ - C30 V3.0）进行生活质量评分。结果：术前1 d 两组患者间各项 EORTC QLQ - C30评分比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。出院2周后两组认知功能、情绪功能、疲劳、疼痛、腹泻、总体健康评分比较，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：对大肠癌患者实施集束化护理干预，不仅能改善其临床症状，还能提高患者生活质量和心理健康水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of the bundled nursing intervention on postoperative quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods:64 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 33)and the control group(n =31). The conventional nursing measures were implemented in the control group and the bundled nursing intervention was additionally a-dopted in the observation group. The QLQ - C30 V3. 0 EORTC was used to assess the quality of life of the patients respectively in one day before operation and in 2 weeks after discharge. Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the com-parison of the scores of QLQ - C30 EORTC in one day before operation(P > 0. 05);the difference was statistically significant in the com-parison of the scores of overall health of the patients in 2 weeks after discharge(P < 0. 05):Conclusion:The implementation of the bundled nursing intervention can not only relieve the clinical symptoms,but also improve the quality of life and mental health of the patients.
