目的:调查急诊科护士自我效能感及工作倦怠感状况,探讨其自我效能感与工作倦怠感之间的关系。方法:采用方便取样方法,对合肥市某三级甲等综合医院的83名急诊科护士进行自我效能感和工作倦怠感的问卷调查。结果:急诊科护士的自我效能感得分(2.40±0.49)分,处于中等水平;与常模比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。急诊科护士情绪耗竭维度得分(25.56±11.57)分,属于中度倦怠;工作冷漠感维度得分(9.75±7.03)分、个人成就感维度得分(30.86±10.33)分,均为重度倦怠。急诊科护士自我效能感得分与情绪耗竭及工作冷漠感得分无明显相关,而与个人成就感得分呈正相关( P <0.05)。结论:重视急诊科护士自我效能感的培养,以降低其工作倦怠感,提高急诊科护理人员的护理质量。

Objective:To investigate the current status of self - efficacy and job burnout of nurses in the emergency department and study the relationship between self - efficacy and job burnout. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the status of self - efficacy and job burnout of 83 nurses in the emergency department of a general hospital at the level of grade III class A in Hefei city. Results:The scores of self - efficacy of the nurses were 2. 40 ± 0. 49 points and it was in the middle level,and the difference compared with the norm was statistically significant(P < 0. 01);the scores of emotional exhaustion of the nurses were 25. 56 ± 11. 57 points and it was classified as moderate job burnout;the scores of work apathy dimension were 9. 75 ± 7. 03 and the scores of sense of individual achievement dimension were 30. 86 ± 10. 33. There was no significant correlation between the scores of self - efficacy and scores of emotional exhaustion and work apathy of the nurses in the emergency department,but it was positively correlated with the scores of sense of individual achieve-ment(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Much attention should be paid to the cultivation of self - efficacy of the nurses so as to reduce their job burnout and improve the quality of nursing care in the emergency department.
