目的 观察苗药迷沉方对血管性痴呆大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α和白介素-1β表达的影响, 探讨其对血管性痴呆脑保护作用机制. 方法 选取40只Wistar大鼠,采用双侧颈动脉永久结扎术制备血管性痴呆模型,随机分组4组,正常组、假手术组、 痴呆模型组、 苗药迷沉方治疗组. 分别于治疗后4周、8周采用酶联免疫吸附法检测大鼠脑组织和血清TNF-α和IL-1β表达水平. 结果 苗药迷沉方治疗组血清TNF-α和IL-1β表达较痴呆模型组降低(P<0.01);苗药迷沉方治疗组和痴呆模型组血清TNF-α和IL-1β表达较正常组和假手术组增高(P<0.01).结论 苗药迷沉方能降低血管性痴呆大鼠血清TNF-α和IL-1β水平,可以通过抑制血管性痴呆大鼠神经炎性反应起到脑保护作用.

목적 관찰묘약미침방대혈관성치태대서종류배사인자-α화백개소-1β표체적영향, 탐토기대혈관성치태뇌보호작용궤제. 방법 선취40지Wistar대서,채용쌍측경동맥영구결찰술제비혈관성치태모형,수궤분조4조,정상조、가수술조、 치태모형조、 묘약미침방치료조. 분별우치료후4주、8주채용매련면역흡부법검측대서뇌조직화혈청TNF-α화IL-1β표체수평. 결과 묘약미침방치료조혈청TNF-α화IL-1β표체교치태모형조강저(P<0.01);묘약미침방치료조화치태모형조혈청TNF-α화IL-1β표체교정상조화가수술조증고(P<0.01).결론 묘약미침방능강저혈관성치태대서혈청TNF-α화IL-1β수평,가이통과억제혈관성치태대서신경염성반응기도뇌보호작용.
Objective To investigate influences of Miao medicine Michenfang Decoction on expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in vascular dementia serum level of TNF-αand IL-1βin vascular dementia rats,to study neuroprotective mechanism of Miao medicine Michenfang Decoction for vasculardementia.Method Wistar rats were randomly divided into:normal group,sham group,vascular dementia model group and Miao medicine Michenfang Decoction treatment group.After the model was successfully established,observation was carried out at 4,8 weeks. Expression of TNF-αand IL-1βin serum were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results The expressions of TNF-αand IL-1βin Miao medicine Michenfang Decoction treatment group were lower than that of in vascular dementia model group(P<0.01);the level and expression of TNF-αand IL-1βin Miao medicine Michenfang Decoction treatment group and vascular dementia model groups were higher than that in normal group and in sham group(P<0.01).Conclusion Miao medicine Michenfang Decoction can restrain the expression of TNF-αand IL-1βin vascular dementia. Miao medicine Michenfang Decoction can enhance recovery of cerebral vascular to protect neural function by restraining neuroin flammation.
