目的 对慢性粒细胞白血病患者骨髓细胞染色体核型的变化进行调查和分析. 方法 采用R显带技术对100例慢性粒细胞白血病患者进行骨髓细胞染色体核型分析, 对其病程进展中染色体核型变化进行动态观察. 结果 100例患者中,94例患者Ph染色体呈阳性(Ph+),所占比例为94.0%,6例患者Ph染色体呈阴性(Ph-),所占比例为6.0%;94例Ph+患者中有11例患者出现额外染色体,所占比例为11.7%,其中慢性期患者额外染色体检出率为7.0%, 加速期患者额外染色体检出率为33.3%, 急变期患者额外染色体检出率为80.0%,加速期和急变期额外染色体的检出率明显高于慢性期. 结论 慢性粒细胞白血病患者病程的进展与额外染色体的异常改变具有非常密切的联系, 分析其染色体核型的变化能够为慢性粒细胞白血病的临床诊断和预后判断提供可靠的依据,并为临床治疗提供指导.

Objective In patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia investigation and analysis on the changes of bone marrow cell chromosome karyotype.Methods R banding technique in 100 cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia patients with bone marrow cell chromosome karyotype analysis,the progression of chromosome karyotype changes dynamically observed.Results Of 100 cases,94 cases of patients with Ph chromosome positive(Ph +),the proportion is 94.0%,6 cases with a negative Philadelphia chromosome(Ph-),the proportion is 6.0%;94 cases of patients with Ph + 11 cases patients with extra chromosomes,the proportion is 11.7%,which chronic-phase extra chromosome detection rate was 7.0%,the acceleration period in patients with extra chromosome detection rate was 33.3%,the snap period in patients with extra chromosome detection rate of 80.0%,stage accelerated and snap the extra chromosome detection rate is significantly higher than chronic phase.Conclusions The progress of the course of the disease and patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia extra chromosome anomaly change has very close connection, analysis the changes of chromosome karyotype for chronic myelogenous leukemia a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of judgment,and provide guidance for clinical treatment.
