Nomex蜂窝复合材料具有非均质、各向异性的特点,是一种典型的难加工材料. 为了提高数控超声切削蜂窝复合材料的加工质量和加工效率,对圆盘刀超声切削的运动学及切削力进行研究. 针对圆盘刀超声切削的加工工艺,分析超声切削刀具的位移、速度和断续切削条件,推导建立超声切削力模型,为优化刀具结构参数和工艺参数提供理论基础.
Nomex蜂窩複閤材料具有非均質、各嚮異性的特點,是一種典型的難加工材料. 為瞭提高數控超聲切削蜂窩複閤材料的加工質量和加工效率,對圓盤刀超聲切削的運動學及切削力進行研究. 針對圓盤刀超聲切削的加工工藝,分析超聲切削刀具的位移、速度和斷續切削條件,推導建立超聲切削力模型,為優化刀具結構參數和工藝參數提供理論基礎.

The Nomex honeycomb composite material has the characteristics of non-homogeneous and anisotropic,and it is a typical difficult-to-machine material.In order to improve processing surface quality and processing efficiency of Nomex honeycomb composite material, the kinematics and cutting force of ultrasonic cutting with the circular cutter are investigated.The vibration displacement, the vibration velocity and the intermittent cutting condition are analyzed for machining technology of ultrasonic cutting with the circular cutter,and the ultrasonic cutting force model is established,and provides a theoretical basis for optimization of tool structure parameters and process parameter.
