为增加精煤产率,提高产品灵活性,介绍了霍尔辛赫选煤厂新增浮选系统的设备选型和工艺布置. 针对调试过程中工艺和设备存在的问题,从浮选柱分选、浮选精煤脱水、供风系统3方面提出了改进措施,最后对浮选系统的应用效果进行分析. 结果表明,通过增加浮选柱给料管;设置鸭嘴型喷嘴,增加浮选精矿桶;选用乳化柴油、丁辛醇作为浮选药剂;掺入螺旋精煤离心液,更换压滤机滤布;调整陶瓷板供气参数等措施对选煤厂浮选系统进行改进. 改造后,选煤厂浮选精煤产率提高3% ~6%,浮选尾煤灰分从30%提高至40%以上,浮选精煤脱水时间缩短40%,药剂消耗降低至1. 9 kg/t,达到了预期的改造效果.

To increase clean coal yield,the flotation system of Huoerxinhe coal separation plant was improved. The equipment selection and the technical layout of the system was introduced. The problems during commissioning period were analyzed. The improvement actions of column separation,clean coal dewatering and air supply were proposed. The flotation efficiency was analyzed. The flotation system was transformed by adding duckbill jet,flotation clean coal vat and feed tube of flotation column,choosing emulsion diesel and butyl alcohol as flotation reagents,dosing slurry of corase-coal-slime centrifuge and the flotation clean coal, changing filter cloth, regulating parameters of ceramic plates. After renovation,the yield of clean coal increased by 3% to 6%,the ash content of the tailing increased from 30% up to 40%,the dewatering time decreased by 40%,the consume of reagents decreased to 1. 9 kg/t. Therefore,the expected renovation effect was achieved.
