“政者正也”是孔子政治思想的核心观念,也是中国历代治国理政的基本原则,它包含着“平正”、“公正”、“中正”等意蕴,关键在于正己正人。它既是对执政者群体道德品质、行为表率作用的要求,也是对普通百姓修身立德、立身处世的期望。“正”包含了“正名”、“正身”、“正心”、“正性”等丰富的层次与内涵。孔子为实现德政礼治的政治理想,援“仁”入“礼”,提出了“约之以礼”,“为仁由己”的方法,力图从自律与他律、修身与修心相结合的途径强化个体修养,重塑社会价值与思想信仰,确保社会秩序的稳定与国家政治的有效运行,体现了对“人”及“人性”的关注,彰显了人本主义与德治主义精神。

As the core of Confucius'political ideology,the idea that “Politics is Righteousness”has been the basic governing principle in the past dynasties in China.It bears the implications of “fairness”,“jus-tice”and “rightness”,and the key lies in “managing others by being self-disciplined”.It is not only the re-quirement for the ruling party’s moral character and behavioral model,but also the expectation of the ordi-nary people’s moral cultivation and self-conduction.“Righteousness”embodies profound connotations such as “rectification of name”,“rectification of identity”,“rectification of nature”,and “rectification of hu-manity”,and so on.In order to realize the political ideal of benevolence and rites,Confucius introduces“benevolence”into “rites”,and puts forward the approach of “restricting by rites”and “practicing benevo-lence by oneself”,trying to strengthen individual cultivation by combining self-discipline and heteronomy, moral cultivation and nature cultivation,to reshape social values and beliefs,and to ensure stability of so-cial order and the effective operation of national politics,which reflects the concern of “human”and “hu-man nature”,highlighting the humanism and the spirit of “rule of virtue”.
