网络舆论是学界颇为关注的社会现象之一。作为一种特殊形态的社会舆论，除了具有舆论的一般特征之外，也有与网络空间密切关联的个性特征，如主体隐匿性、意见多元性、言论盲从性、舆论速成性等。网络舆论与语用关系十分密切，因而在语用上也表现出一系列有别于传统舆论的特征，如平等性、冲突性、非理性、时效性等。分析这些语用特征，对于加深对网络舆论的认识与有效管理网络舆论都有重要的意义。
網絡輿論是學界頗為關註的社會現象之一。作為一種特殊形態的社會輿論，除瞭具有輿論的一般特徵之外，也有與網絡空間密切關聯的箇性特徵，如主體隱匿性、意見多元性、言論盲從性、輿論速成性等。網絡輿論與語用關繫十分密切，因而在語用上也錶現齣一繫列有彆于傳統輿論的特徵，如平等性、遲突性、非理性、時效性等。分析這些語用特徵，對于加深對網絡輿論的認識與有效管理網絡輿論都有重要的意義。

The network of public opinion is one of the important social phenomena. As a special form of social pub?lic opinion, it has the personality characteristics of network in addition to having the general characteristics of public opinion, such as the main body of occult, pluralistic opinions, blindness of speech, quick opinion. There is a very close relationship between network public opinion and pragmatic, therefore, it also displays a series of prag?matic characteristics different from the traditional public opinion, such as equalization, opposability, unreason?able, timeliness etc. Analysis of these pragmatic characteristics has important practical significance for the under?standing and management of the network public opinion.
