目的 观察薯蓣丸加减方对鼻咽癌放疗患者EB病毒的影响. 方法 将60例鼻咽癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组在放疗开始第1天给予口服薯蓣丸加减方治疗,对照组在开始放疗第1天给予康复新液治疗. 观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、 患者生活质量及EB病毒DNA水平. 结果 治疗后观察组临床疗效及中医症候疗效均优于对照组 (P<0.05);两组生活质量均有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组改善更为显著(P<0.01);血浆EBV-DNA水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组下降更为显著(P<0.01). 结论 薯蓣丸加减方对鼻咽癌放疗患者有较好的治疗作用,可提高患者生活质量,其作用机制可能与降低鼻咽癌患者血浆EBV-DNA水平有关.

목적 관찰서여환가감방대비인암방료환자EB병독적영향. 방법 장60례비인암환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각30례,관찰조재방료개시제1천급여구복서여환가감방치료,대조조재개시방료제1천급여강복신액치료. 관찰량조치료전후림상료효、 환자생활질량급EB병독DNA수평. 결과 치료후관찰조림상료효급중의증후료효균우우대조조 (P<0.05);량조생활질량균유명현개선(P<0.05),관찰조개선경위현저(P<0.01);혈장EBV-DNA수평균교치료전하강(P<0.05),관찰조하강경위현저(P<0.01). 결론 서여환가감방대비인암방료환자유교호적치료작용,가제고환자생활질량,기작용궤제가능여강저비인암환자혈장EBV-DNA수평유관.
Objective To observe the effect of modified Dioscorea Pills prescription on EB virus in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients receiving radiotherapy. Methods 60 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given modified Dioscorea Pills prescription for treatment on the first day receiving radiotherapy, the control group was given Kangfuxin on the first day. The clinical curative effect, quality of life and EB virus DNA levels in two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome efficacy of observed group were better than control group (P<0.05); The level of the quality of life in the two groups was improved obviously (P<0.05); The improvement in observation group was more significant (P<0.01). The plasma EBV-DNA levels of two groups were lower than before (P<0.05), the observation group decreased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion Modified Dioscorea Pills prescription show good effect in treatment of patients with NPC and can improve the quality of life of patients, and its mechanism may be associated with the decrease of plasma EBV-DNA levels.
