目的:探讨VG、VGW及EI在术前评估脑胶质瘤级别中的作用。材料与方法搜集565例脑胶质瘤患者MRI影像资料,所有病例均经手术和病理证实。测量相应数值,计算VG、VGW以及EI值。采用SPSS 19.0软件进行数据处理,对照病理结果,对幕上高、低级别脑胶质瘤的VG、VGW、EI值进行比较做统计学分析;分别对高、低级别脑胶质瘤8个分区的VG、VGW、EI值两两分区进行比较做统计学分析。结果(1)高级别脑胶质瘤的VG、VGW及EI值均大于低级别脑胶质瘤。(2)同等级别脑胶质瘤的VG、VGW的大小与肿瘤生长部位有关。(3)同等级别脑胶质瘤,发生在不同部位肿瘤的EI值的差异不具有统计学意义。结论(1)肿瘤的恶性程度越高,VG、VGW及EI值越大。(2)同等级别脑胶质瘤,分布在血供丰富区的VG、VGW越大,且低级别胶质瘤差异性更显著。(3)同等级别脑胶质瘤EI值与肿瘤血供情况无关。

목적:탐토VG、VGW급EI재술전평고뇌효질류급별중적작용。재료여방법수집565례뇌효질류환자MRI영상자료,소유병례균경수술화병리증실。측량상응수치,계산VG、VGW이급EI치。채용SPSS 19.0연건진행수거처리,대조병리결과,대막상고、저급별뇌효질류적VG、VGW、EI치진행비교주통계학분석;분별대고、저급별뇌효질류8개분구적VG、VGW、EI치량량분구진행비교주통계학분석。결과(1)고급별뇌효질류적VG、VGW급EI치균대우저급별뇌효질류。(2)동등급별뇌효질류적VG、VGW적대소여종류생장부위유관。(3)동등급별뇌효질류,발생재불동부위종류적EI치적차이불구유통계학의의。결론(1)종류적악성정도월고,VG、VGW급EI치월대。(2)동등급별뇌효질류,분포재혈공봉부구적VG、VGW월대,차저급별효질류차이성경현저。(3)동등급별뇌효질류EI치여종류혈공정황무관。
Objective: Analyse the VG, VGW and EI to explore the role in the preoperative evaluation of cerebral glioma grade. Materials and Methods: Five hundred and sixty-five cerebral glioma patients pathologically confirmed were examinated by head conventional MRI during several years. Result:(1) The VG, VGW and EI of high grade cerebral glioma were higher than those of low grade cerebral glioma. (2) The VG and VGW of the same grade cerebral glioma were related to the tumor location. (3) The EI of same grade cerebral glioma had nothing to do with the tumor location. Conclusions:(1) The VG, VGW and EI of high grade cerebral glioma were higher than those of low grade cerebral glioma, and they increased with the growth of malignant degree. (2) The VG and VGW of the same grade cerebral glioma were related to the tumor location. And the difference of low grade glioma in different parts is more signiifcant. (3) The EI of same grade cerebral glioma had nothing to do with the tumor location.
