目的：探讨引发中医院医疗纠纷的成因。方法：收集湖北省某三甲中医院2007－2012年的医疗纠纷资料，应用SPSS13．0对数据进行描述性分析；同时抽取3例典型案例，并将分析结果与233例资料统计结果进行比较。结果：在233例纠纷案例中，住院部的纠纷发生比例为81．55％，是纠纷发生次数最多的地方，手术科室纠纷比例为63．49％，大于非手术科室的36．51％，被投诉人中医生的投诉比例为82．17％，远远超过其他专业技术人员；中医诊疗的局限性和不规范性以及患者对中医疗效将信将疑成为引发医患纠纷的主要原因，分别占比为18．45％和18．03％。结论：中医院的医疗纠纷产生的原因是复杂的、多方面的，需要多个部门合作并结合中医的医药技术特点采取针对性措施，才能降低医疗纠纷的发生率。

Objective:To discuss the causes about medical disputes in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital. Methods: Collecting six years'medical disputes in a tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Hubei province since 2007. Descriptive analysis of data were conduc?ted by SPSS 13. 0 system. At the same time, selected 3 typical cases and compared the results which will be compared with the data of 233 cases of statistical results. Results:The highest disputes rate is in the patient department and its rate is 81. 55%, the 63. 49% of operation department is greater than the 36. 51% of non operation department. The proportion of 82. 17% complaints of doctors is far beyond the proportion of com?plaints of other professional staff. The main reasons of disputes causes are not only limitations and non normative of TCM diagnosis and treatment but also patients'doubting about curative effect of TCM, accounted for 18. 45% and 18. 03%. Conclusion: The study finds that the causes of medical disputes in the hospital of TCM are complicated and extensive. If the cooperation of multiple departments work together and look for strate?gies on the base of the characteristics of medical technology of TCM, it will be useful in reducing the incidence of medical disputes.
