目的:探讨106例多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者糖耐量受损型药物联合治疗的临床疗效. 方法:纳入合格病例后随机分为治疗组与对照组,均予以克罗米芬治疗,治疗组患者加用盐酸吡格列酮,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平、激素水平及卵巢大小及卵泡数目. 结果:治疗组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组;治疗组患者激素水平较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);且卵巢大小和卵泡数目与对照组比较下降明显(P<0.05).结论:盐酸吡格列酮联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征(胰岛素抵抗型)疗效明显,盐酸吡格列酮联合史罗米芬能够调节激素水平、改善卵巢状况,治疗方案值得临床参考.

목적:탐토106례다낭란소종합정(PCOS)환자당내량수손형약물연합치료적림상료효. 방법:납입합격병례후수궤분위치료조여대조조,균여이극라미분치료,치료조환자가용염산필격렬동,비교량조환자림상료효、치료전후공복혈당、공복이도소수평、격소수평급란소대소급란포수목. 결과:치료조환자림상료효명현우우대조조;치료조환자격소수평교대조조하강명현(P<0.05);차란소대소화란포수목여대조조비교하강명현(P<0.05).결론:염산필격렬동연합극라미분치료다낭란소종합정(이도소저항형)료효명현,염산필격렬동연합사라미분능구조절격소수평、개선란소상황,치료방안치득림상삼고.
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of impaired glucose tolerance drug combination therapy for 106 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods: The qualified cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, all patients were treated with clomiphene. The patients in the treatment group were added with pioglitazone hydrochloride. The clinical efficacy, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, hormone level, size and number of ovarian follicle were detected and compared before and after treatment in two group . Results: The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than the control group , hormone level in treatment group decreased than the control group (P<0.05). Ovarioin size and follicle number were decreased in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Pioglitazone hydrochloride combined with clomiphene has obvious curative effect in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(insulin resistance),which could regulate hormone level and improve ovarian status. Treatment is worthy of clinical use .
