目的:分析新疆卫生人力资源现状,发现存在的问题,并提出合理化建议。方法:对2011年新疆和全国卫生人员构成、卫生技术人员学历和职称构成、执业(助理)医师和注册护士占比等数据进行比较分析。结果:新疆每千人口卫生人员数、卫生技术人员数、执业(助理)医师数、注册护士数分别为7.60、5.93、2.25和2.21,均高于全国水平的6.29、4.58、1.82和1.66,但存在城乡分布不合理现象,且卫生技术人员队伍的学历和职称偏低。结论:新疆应采取多种手段和方法,致力于缩小城乡间差距,改善整体学历和职称构成,以保证各地区卫生人力资源的科学配置。

목적:분석신강위생인력자원현상,발현존재적문제,병제출합이화건의。방법:대2011년신강화전국위생인원구성、위생기술인원학력화직칭구성、집업(조리)의사화주책호사점비등수거진행비교분석。결과:신강매천인구위생인원수、위생기술인원수、집업(조리)의사수、주책호사수분별위7.60、5.93、2.25화2.21,균고우전국수평적6.29、4.58、1.82화1.66,단존재성향분포불합리현상,차위생기술인원대오적학력화직칭편저。결론:신강응채취다충수단화방법,치력우축소성향간차거,개선정체학력화직칭구성,이보증각지구위생인력자원적과학배치。
Objective:To analyze the current situation of health human resources in Xinjiang, find out problems and provide reasonable sug?gestions. Methods:Comparing and analyzing on the composition of health personnel, composition of academic and professional titles of health technical personnel, composition of practicing (assistant) doctors and registered nurses and other data between Xinjiang and Nation in 2011. Re?sults:Proportion of the number of health personnel, health technical personnel, practicing ( assistant) doctors, registered nurses numbers per-thousand population in Xinjiang 7. 60, 5. 93, 2. 25 and 2. 21, they were higher than the national average levels of 6. 29, 4. 58, 1. 82 and 1. 66, but the distribution between urban and rural was irrational, and academic and professional titles of health technical personnel were lower. Conclu?sion:In order to ensure that human resources for health are scientific allocated from all regions in Xinjiang, We should take various measures and methods to committed to narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, improving the constitution of overall academic and professional titles.
