随着2010年民航局“建成可靠高效的质量安全管理体系”战略目标的提出,民航企事业单位纷纷引入质量和安全管理体系的模式提高质量安全管理水平。如何培养胜任质量安全管理工作的人才成为民航质量安全教学急需解决的问题。首先研究了民航质量管理课程教学过程中存在的问题和主要原因,然后从理论上分析了行动导向教学体系的运作原理,最后针对存在问题的主要原因,以行动导向教学理论为指导,从明确课程性质、确定教学目标、建设真实和模拟相结合的教学环境、实施自主学习和合作探讨的教学组织形式、采用任务导向和知行并进的教学方法、实施“嵌入式”的课程考核六个方面提出了基于行动导向的课程教学模式改革。该教学模式实现了以质量管理体系建设实践带动理论教学的学生主导型教学,能够使学生以获取直接经验的形式来掌握融合于各项实践行动中的知识、技能和技巧。

Aviation enterprises have introduced quality and safety management system to improve the quality and safety management model,since strategic objective of“reliable and efficient completion of quality and safety management system”being proposed by CAA in 2010.There is an urgent problem arose in the teaching of quality and safety of civil aviation—How to cultivate competent talents to qualified the work of quality and safety management system. First of all, the problems and the main reasons in the teaching process of"aviation quality management"was studied.Then the author analyzed the operation of the principle of the action-oriented teaching system theoretically.Finally,the author discoursed the reform of teaching mode based on action-oriented,which aimed at the main reason for problem based on action oriented teaching theory.It is expounded from the explicit nature of the course,determine teaching goals, building a combination of real and simulated learning environment,the implementation of autonomous learning,teaching organizational forms of cooperation to explore,using task-oriented,and thus knowing and teaching methods,the implementation of the"embedded six aspects"of course assessment discusses the teaching model based on action-oriented reform.The teaching model achieved a student-led teaching which promoted the theory of teaching by the practice of quality management system,as well as enabling the form of students to obtain direct experience to master the operation of the knowledge,skills and techniques integrated in practice.
