目的::应用流式细胞仪检测正常胃组织及胃癌组织中细胞周期素D1及RasP21蛋白的表达,探讨其与胃癌分化程度及预后的关系。方法:对40例胃癌组织细胞进行细胞周期素D1及RasP21蛋白含量的定量检测,10例正常胃组织作参照。结果:(1)正常胃组织中细胞周期素D1的无表达,72.5%的胃癌组织细胞周期素D1呈阳性表达,其表达与胃癌恶性程度及预后有明显相关性(P<0.01)。(2)正常胃组织中RasP21蛋白无表达,62.5%胃癌组织中RasP21蛋白表达呈阳性;其表达与胃癌恶性程度及预后有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论:细胞周期素D1及RasP21蛋白过表达是导致胃癌的发生的重要因素之一,联合检测cyclinD1蛋白及RasP21蛋白不仅能揭示胃癌的发病机理,同时有利于胃癌病人预后的评估。

목적::응용류식세포의검측정상위조직급위암조직중세포주기소D1급RasP21단백적표체,탐토기여위암분화정도급예후적관계。방법:대40례위암조직세포진행세포주기소D1급RasP21단백함량적정량검측,10례정상위조직작삼조。결과:(1)정상위조직중세포주기소D1적무표체,72.5%적위암조직세포주기소D1정양성표체,기표체여위암악성정도급예후유명현상관성(P<0.01)。(2)정상위조직중RasP21단백무표체,62.5%위암조직중RasP21단백표체정양성;기표체여위암악성정도급예후유명현상관성(P<0.05)。결론:세포주기소D1급RasP21단백과표체시도치위암적발생적중요인소지일,연합검측cyclinD1단백급RasP21단백불부능게시위암적발병궤리,동시유리우위암병인예후적평고。
Objective:To detect the expression of cyclinD1 and RasP21 proteins in normal gastric tissue and gastric cancer,and to study their correlation with differentiation of gastric cancer. Methods:By using Flow cytometry to detect the expression of cyclinD1 and RasP21 proteins in 10 normal gastric tissue and 40 gastric cancer tissue. Results: ( 1 ) The expression of cyclinD1 was negative in normal gastric tissue. 72. 5% gastric cancer tissure were positive,cyclinD1 positive expression rate and content were correlated with differentiation of gastric cancer and rate of 5 year survival. (P<0.01). (2)The expression of RasP21 was negative in normal gastric tissue;over-expression was fond in 62 . 5%gastric cancer tissue;RasP21 positive expression rate and content were correlated with differentiation of gastric cancer and rate of 5 year survival. (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The overexpression of cyclinD1 and RasP21 proteins are lead to gastric cancer's important reason. To detect cyclinD1 and RasP 21 of proteins may find gastric cancer's mechanism,and evaluate prognosis of gastric cancer.
