目的：：探索应用微螺钉种植体作为正畸临床支抗矫正复杂错牙合畸形的方法和疗效。方法：选择26例需要使用微螺钉种植体强支抗的病例,其中男性9例,女性17例。共使用微螺钉34枚,实施即刻负载。观察其支抗能力及对临床矫正效果的影响。结果：微螺钉作为支抗使用时间3~16mo,支抗性能良好,达到矫治目的,临床成功率为91.2%。结论：微螺钉能够辅助正畸支抗,具有操作简单、灵活,不依赖病人合作的优点。
목적：：탐색응용미라정충식체작위정기림상지항교정복잡착아합기형적방법화료효。방법：선택26례수요사용미라정충식체강지항적병례,기중남성9례,녀성17례。공사용미라정34매,실시즉각부재。관찰기지항능력급대림상교정효과적영향。결과：미라정작위지항사용시간3~16mo,지항성능량호,체도교치목적,림상성공솔위91.2%。결론：미라정능구보조정기지항,구유조작간단、령활,불의뢰병인합작적우점。
Objective:To investigate the methods and effects of the clinical orthodontic treatment with miniscrews anchorage for the complicated cases. Methods:26 cases which needed miniscrews anchorage were selected, male 9, female 17. 34 miniscrews were used and loaded immediately. The anchorage ability of the miniscrews and clinical effects were observed. Results:The miniscrews lasted 3~16months. The anchorage was good. The clinical success rate was 91. 2%. Conclusion:Miniscrews can increase orthodontic anchorage and were easy and flexible implant, independent with the patents cooperation.
