继续教育是高等教育的重要组成部分，是为社会各个行业培养人才的有效途径，是高校连接社会各个行业的桥梁，本文从我国继续教育的现状入手，分析了继续教育存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决对策。

계속교육시고등교육적중요조성부분，시위사회각개행업배양인재적유효도경，시고교련접사회각개행업적교량，본문종아국계속교육적현상입수，분석료계속교육존재적문제，병제출료상응적해결대책。
Continuing education is an important part of higher education ,and it is an effective way to cultivate talents for various sectors of society ,providing bridges for universities and all sectors of the community to get together and benefiting the whole society .This article is to analyze the current status and situation of China ’ s continuing education system ,its current problems ,and to propose the corresponding countermeasures .
