目的 探讨五指毛桃对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)小鼠记忆功能及过氧化损伤的影响. 方法 AlCl3灌胃建立AD小鼠模型,受试药物组以五指毛桃进行灌胃,通过水迷宫试验,研究不同剂量[36、18、9 g/(kg·d)]五指毛桃对AD小鼠记忆功能的影响;通过检测其对各组小鼠大脑中丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的影响,来探讨五指毛桃的抗氧化作用. 结果 中、高剂量组五指毛桃能显著提高AD小鼠记忆功能(P<0.01);且能有效降低AD小鼠大脑中的MDA含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);有效提高AD小鼠大脑中的SOD含量(P<0.05或P<0.01). 结论 五指毛桃能有效改善AD小鼠的记忆功能,其主要机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关.

Objective To investigate the effect of radix fici hirtae on the memory function and oxidative damage in Alzheimer's mice. Methods The AD model mice were established by feeding AlCl3 and the test drugs groups were given by gavage radix fici hirtae. The effect of different doses (36 g/kg·d,18 g/kg·d,9 g/kg·d)radix fici hirtae on the memory function of AD mice was investigated by Morris water maze test. In addition, the antioxidant effect was discussed by its impact on MDA and SOD in mice brain. Results The medium and high doses of radix fici hirtae can improve the memory function of AD mice (P<0.01), reduce MDA content in AD mice brain (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and improve the content of SOD in the brain of AD mice (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Radix fici hirtae can effectively improve memory function of AD mice and its main mechanism may be related to its antioxidant effect.
