激烈的市场竞争下，顾客不再是被动的产品使用者，其参与新产品开发的重要性已经获得广泛认可。运用博弈论方法，分析顾客参与产品创新过程中与企业研发人员的知识共享问题，从而为提高二者之间的合作效率提供一定的理论基础。研究发现：基于个体的利己本性，当团队成员的个人知识共享行为没有得到有效激励时，他们就会陷入“囚徒困境”；反之，有效的激励行为有利于促进成员间的知识共享，且企业的观测和监督力度越大，他们越容易积极共享知识，以便谋取更大的收益。

In the fierce market competition, customer is no longer a passive product user, whose role in particiˉ pating in the development of new products has been widely recognized. Using the game theory, the essay analyzes the knowledge sharing between the customers and the product innovation process and provides a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of the sharing. We found that individual knowledge sharing behavior of team members is likely to be stuck in the″prisoner′s dilemma″without effective incentives, while effective incentives are benefiˉ cial to promote the knowledge sharing among members, which will be further promoted by the concern and superˉ vision of enterprises.
