目的:比较脐动脉多普勒阻力指数增加的胎儿椎动脉和大脑中动脉的脑保护机制情况. 方法:回顾性分析1 354 例胎儿的椎动脉( vertebral artery,VA)、大脑中动脉( middle cerebral artery,MCA)和脐动脉( umbilical artery,UA)的多普勒检查结果. 结果:胎儿UA多普勒频谱显示舒张期血流时,VA和MCA的阻力系数( Resistance Index,RI)没有差异,当UA缺乏舒张期血流,VA和 MCA的 RI比较低. 结论:当UA的血流严重受影响时,UA和MCA同时降低阻力,启动大脑保护机制,保证大脑的氧供应.
目的:比較臍動脈多普勒阻力指數增加的胎兒椎動脈和大腦中動脈的腦保護機製情況. 方法:迴顧性分析1 354 例胎兒的椎動脈( vertebral artery,VA)、大腦中動脈( middle cerebral artery,MCA)和臍動脈( umbilical artery,UA)的多普勒檢查結果. 結果:胎兒UA多普勒頻譜顯示舒張期血流時,VA和MCA的阻力繫數( Resistance Index,RI)沒有差異,噹UA缺乏舒張期血流,VA和 MCA的 RI比較低. 結論:噹UA的血流嚴重受影響時,UA和MCA同時降低阻力,啟動大腦保護機製,保證大腦的氧供應.
목적:비교제동맥다보륵조력지수증가적태인추동맥화대뇌중동맥적뇌보호궤제정황. 방법:회고성분석1 354 례태인적추동맥( vertebral artery,VA)、대뇌중동맥( middle cerebral artery,MCA)화제동맥( umbilical artery,UA)적다보륵검사결과. 결과:태인UA다보륵빈보현시서장기혈류시,VA화MCA적조력계수( Resistance Index,RI)몰유차이,당UA결핍서장기혈류,VA화 MCA적 RI비교저. 결론:당UA적혈류엄중수영향시,UA화MCA동시강저조력,계동대뇌보호궤제,보증대뇌적양공응.
Objective:To compare the status of brain protection mechanism of fetal vertebral artery (VA) and middle cerebral artery (MCA) with Doppler umbilical arterial resistance index (RI) increased.Methods:The results of Doppler examination of VA, MCA and umbilical artery ( UA) in 1354 fetuses were analyzed retrospectively.Results:When fetal UA Doppler spectrum showed diastolic blood flow, there was no difference in the resistance index between VA and MCA.When there was the lack of UA diastolic blood flow, RI of VA and MCA was relatively low.Conclu-sion:When the blood flow of UA was severely affected, UA and MCA simultaneously lowered resistance, initiated brain protection mechanism and ensured oxygen supply of brain.
