目的:探讨广州市三级甲等医院急诊科护士共情能力及护士工作环境感知的现状,分析不同人口社会学因素对护士共情能力的影响,探讨护士工作环境与护士共情能力的相关性。方法:采用非实验设计的描述性研究方法,对广州市8家三甲医院急诊科300名在岗临床一线护士进行问卷调查,采用 SPSS19.0软件对所收集资料进行统计分析。结果:广州市三级甲等医院急诊科护士不同学历、不同人事情况的护士共情能力差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05);护士工作环境感知各维度得分及总分均与护理人员共情能力呈正相关(P ﹤0.05),进一步多元线性回归分析,得出护士共情能力与医护关系、患者信息交流、团队合作、冲突处理方式有线性回归关系,呈正相关(P ﹤0.05)。结论:广州市三级甲等医院急诊科护士的共情能力及工作环境感知在中等水平,护士的共情能力受多种因素影响;护理管理者应制定管理计划,采取有针对性的、有效的培训措施,增强护士的共情能力,促进护患沟通,建立良好护患关系,提高护理质量。

목적:탐토엄주시삼급갑등의원급진과호사공정능력급호사공작배경감지적현상,분석불동인구사회학인소대호사공정능력적영향,탐토호사공작배경여호사공정능력적상관성。방법:채용비실험설계적묘술성연구방법,대엄주시8가삼갑의원급진과300명재강림상일선호사진행문권조사,채용 SPSS19.0연건대소수집자료진행통계분석。결과:엄주시삼급갑등의원급진과호사불동학력、불동인사정황적호사공정능력차이유통계학의의(P ﹤0.05);호사공작배경감지각유도득분급총분균여호리인원공정능력정정상관(P ﹤0.05),진일보다원선성회귀분석,득출호사공정능력여의호관계、환자신식교류、단대합작、충돌처리방식유선성회귀관계,정정상관(P ﹤0.05)。결론:엄주시삼급갑등의원급진과호사적공정능력급공작배경감지재중등수평,호사적공정능력수다충인소영향;호리관리자응제정관리계화,채취유침대성적、유효적배훈조시,증강호사적공정능력,촉진호환구통,건립량호호환관계,제고호리질량。
Objective:To study the correlation between empathy ability of nursing staff and working environment in the emergency de-partment of the hospitals at the level of grade Ⅲclass A in Guangzhou city through the investigation on the perception of the nursing staff. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 300 on - the - job clinical nurses in the emergency department of 8 hospitals at the lev-el of grade Ⅲclass A in Guangzhou city and the collected data were statistically processed and analyzed by using SPSS19. 0 software. Re-sults:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of empathy ability between the nurses with different educational back-ground and different employment forms(P ﹤ 0. 05);the score of each dimension of the nurse's perception on work environment and the to-tal score was positively correlated with empathy ability of the nursing staff(P ﹤ 0. 05);the empathy ability of nurses had relation of linear regression and was positively correlated with nurse - patient relationship and communication,teamwork and conflict management modes(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The empathy ability and perception of the nursing staff on work environment is in medium level and the empathy ability of the nurses is influenced by many factors. The nursing managers should make a plan and take effective training measures to enhance the empathy ability of the nurses so as to promote the nurse - patient communication and establish good nurse - patient relationship.
