目的:探讨婴幼儿口腔软组织损伤的特点及治疗的临床效果. 方法:总结与分析255 例婴幼儿口腔软组织创伤特点,针对软组织损伤情况,给予整复伤口治疗. 结果:255例患儿术后伤口愈合好,表面平整,瘢痕较小. 结论:采用尽早彻底清创,精细缝合,预防感染等措施对婴幼儿口腔软组织的损伤救治是及时有效的.

목적:탐토영유인구강연조직손상적특점급치료적림상효과. 방법:총결여분석255 례영유인구강연조직창상특점,침대연조직손상정황,급여정복상구치료. 결과:255례환인술후상구유합호,표면평정,반흔교소. 결론:채용진조철저청창,정세봉합,예방감염등조시대영유인구강연조직적손상구치시급시유효적.
Objective:To analyze and discuss the characteristics of oral soft tissue injury in infants and its clinical effect of treatment .Meth-ods:The characteristics of oral soft tissue injury in 255 infants were summarized and analyzed, and wounds were repaired correspondingly according to the condition of soft tissue injuries.Results:The wound healed well in 255 cases, with smooth surface and smaller scar.Conclusion:Employing measures of early complete debridement, meticulous suture, and infection prevention is timely and effective for the treatment of infantile oral soft tis-sue injuries.
