从可能偏差、数量效率、灰分误差、总错配物含量等方面对3GHMC1500/1100A 型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器进行工艺性能评估,并介绍该旋流器在贺西煤矿选煤厂应用时的工艺指标,即一、二段可能偏差值分别为0.023 kg/L 和0.027 kg/L,数量效率99.12%,灰分误差0.12%,一、二段错配物总量分别为0.71%和0.78%。

From aspects such as possible bias, the number efficiency, the ash error and total misplaced material content, the process and performance evaluation of 3GHMC1 500/1 100A no pressure feeding three products heavy medium cyclone were done, meanwhile, the process parameters when the cyclone were used in Hexi coal mine coal preparation plant were introduced as well, possible bias of the first and second stage might be 0.023 kg/L and 0.027 kg/L, the number efficiency was 99.12%, the ash error was 0.12%, the total misplaced material content of the first and second stage was 0.71% and 0.78% respectively.
