当前,金融热而产生的金融教育热方兴未艾,如何抓住这一重要契机,研究和推进金融人才培养模式改革,需要我们认真思考和积极探索.文章从回顾我国各阶段金融教育和人才培养体制机制出发,提出了今后一个时期我国金融人才培养的市场化改革之道、专业化发展之向、职业化培养之路,并以浙江金融职业学院为例,进行了分析和探讨.

At present,the finance arouses increasing social awareness,so does the financial education. How to seize this opportunity,we need contemplate seriously and explore actively on how to research and promote financial talent nurturing mode reform.
