This paper introduced the methods for controlling injection speed of injection molding machine.Generally, typical control can be divided into traditional control,adaptive control and intelligent control.This paper also presented the research status,application results as well as relevant advantages and disadvantages of various control methods.The injec-tion speed plays a critical role in controlling the variables during the entire injection process.Finally,the author gave some suggestions about the further development of controlling injection speed.
