目的:观察刺五加注射液对小鼠胃排空及小肠推进运动的影响. 方法:48 只小鼠随机分为生理盐水组、阿托品组、乙酰胆碱组、刺五加组、(刺五加+阿托品)组、(刺五加+乙酰胆碱)组. 给各组小鼠注射相应药物(0.2 mL/10g腹腔注射),采用美蓝排空法,观察刺五加注射液对小鼠胃排空与小肠推进的影响. 结果:(刺五加 +阿托品)组小鼠的胃残留率明显低于阿托品组( P <0.01),而(刺五加+乙酰胆碱)组明显高于乙酰胆碱组( P <0.01);(刺五加+阿托品)组的小肠推进率明显高于阿托品组( P <0.01),(刺五加+乙酰胆碱)组明显低于乙酰胆碱组( P <0.01). 结论:刺五加注射液对小鼠胃排空及小肠推进运动有双向调节作用.
目的:觀察刺五加註射液對小鼠胃排空及小腸推進運動的影響. 方法:48 隻小鼠隨機分為生理鹽水組、阿託品組、乙酰膽堿組、刺五加組、(刺五加+阿託品)組、(刺五加+乙酰膽堿)組. 給各組小鼠註射相應藥物(0.2 mL/10g腹腔註射),採用美藍排空法,觀察刺五加註射液對小鼠胃排空與小腸推進的影響. 結果:(刺五加 +阿託品)組小鼠的胃殘留率明顯低于阿託品組( P <0.01),而(刺五加+乙酰膽堿)組明顯高于乙酰膽堿組( P <0.01);(刺五加+阿託品)組的小腸推進率明顯高于阿託品組( P <0.01),(刺五加+乙酰膽堿)組明顯低于乙酰膽堿組( P <0.01). 結論:刺五加註射液對小鼠胃排空及小腸推進運動有雙嚮調節作用.
목적:관찰자오가주사액대소서위배공급소장추진운동적영향. 방법:48 지소서수궤분위생리염수조、아탁품조、을선담감조、자오가조、(자오가+아탁품)조、(자오가+을선담감)조. 급각조소서주사상응약물(0.2 mL/10g복강주사),채용미람배공법,관찰자오가주사액대소서위배공여소장추진적영향. 결과:(자오가 +아탁품)조소서적위잔류솔명현저우아탁품조( P <0.01),이(자오가+을선담감)조명현고우을선담감조( P <0.01);(자오가+아탁품)조적소장추진솔명현고우아탁품조( P <0.01),(자오가+을선담감)조명현저우을선담감조( P <0.01). 결론:자오가주사액대소서위배공급소장추진운동유쌍향조절작용.
Objective:To observe effects of acanthopanax senticocous injection on gastric emptying function and intestinal propulsive in mice . Methods: Mice were randomly divided into six groups: normal saline ( NS) group, Atropine ( Atr) group,Acetylcholine ( ACh) group, Acantho-panax senticoside saponins (ASS) group, ASS +Atr group, and ASS+ACh group.All the mice were administered with the drugs (0.2ml/10g, ip.), and methylene blue emptying method was used.The effects of ASS on gastric emptying function and intestinal propulsive function in mice were observed.Results:Compared with Atr group, the gastric residual rate of mice in ASS+Atr group significantly decreased ( P <0.01).How-ever, the gastric residual rate of ASS+Ach group was significantly higher than that in ACh group ( P <0.01).Compared with the Atr group, the small intestinal propulsion ratio in the ASS +Atr group was significantly higher ( P <0 .01 ) , with the ratio of the ASS +Ach group significantly lower than that in the ACh group ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Acanthopanax senticocous injection has the bi-directional regulation effect on gastro-intestinal movement of mice.
