基于《固体矿物燃料—库仑滴定法测定煤中全硫》国际标准提案进行国际实验室间研究试验,对试验数据进行统计分析及研究,确定该方法的精密度并对其准确度进行评估。评估结果表明,该方法的测定结果与经典的艾氏卡法无显著性偏倚,其精密度及准确度均满足要求,证明该国际标准提案的科学性及在国际上应用的适用性。

Based on international standard proposal of Solid mineral fuels - determination of total sulfur in coal by titration method, the research experiment of international inter laboratory studies were done, the analysis and research for experimental data were done, so the precision of this method could be determined, and the accuracy could be evaluated.It was shown that: the determination result of this method and the classic Eschka method have no significant bias, the precision and accuracy could all meet the requirements, so the scientificalness of this international standard proposal and adaptability internationally could be proved.
