基于煤的挥发分测定结果受加热温度、加热时间、加热方式、所用坩埚的大小、形状、材质以及坩埚盖的密封程度等因素影响,采用多煤种、多因素的单一变量实验对其影响因素进行详细分析,并针对加热时间、冷却时间及坩埚未在恒温区提出相应的解决措施。
基于煤的揮髮分測定結果受加熱溫度、加熱時間、加熱方式、所用坩堝的大小、形狀、材質以及坩堝蓋的密封程度等因素影響,採用多煤種、多因素的單一變量實驗對其影響因素進行詳細分析,併針對加熱時間、冷卻時間及坩堝未在恆溫區提齣相應的解決措施。
기우매적휘발분측정결과수가열온도、가열시간、가열방식、소용감과적대소、형상、재질이급감과개적밀봉정도등인소영향,채용다매충、다인소적단일변량실험대기영향인소진행상세분석,병침대가열시간、냉각시간급감과미재항온구제출상응적해결조시。
The results of determination of volatile matter were influenced by factors such as heating temperature, heating time, heating mode, the shape, material and size of crucible, and the crucible lid sealing degree. Adopting single variable experiments with multiple coal type and multiple factors to analyze the influencing factors of volatile matter, the corresponding solution measurements was put forward according to heating time, cooling time and absent of crucible in constant temperature zone of furnace.
