目的:探讨临床护理路径在脑卒中吸烟患者健康教育中的应用。方法:将64例脑卒中吸烟患者随机分为对照组和实验组各32例,对照组采用常规健康教育方法,实验组按照护理路径表进行健康教育;比较两组入院前后对吸烟相关知识掌握情况、戒烟态度、戒烟情况及对教育满意度情况。结果:实验组对吸烟相关知识掌握情况、戒烟态度、戒烟情况及教育满意度均高于对照组(P ﹤0.05)。结论:临床护理路径式健康教育方法可以帮助脑卒中吸烟患者有效戒烟,提高患者对烟草相关理论的掌握度及对控烟教育的满意度,保证了健康教育的质量。

목적:탐토림상호리로경재뇌졸중흡연환자건강교육중적응용。방법:장64례뇌졸중흡연환자수궤분위대조조화실험조각32례,대조조채용상규건강교육방법,실험조안조호리로경표진행건강교육;비교량조입원전후대흡연상관지식장악정황、계연태도、계연정황급대교육만의도정황。결과:실험조대흡연상관지식장악정황、계연태도、계연정황급교육만의도균고우대조조(P ﹤0.05)。결론:림상호리로경식건강교육방법가이방조뇌졸중흡연환자유효계연,제고환자대연초상관이론적장악도급대공연교육적만의도,보증료건강교육적질량。
Objective:To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in health education to stroke patients with smoking. Methods:64 stroke patients with smoking were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group(32 cases in each group). The conventional health education method was used in the control group and the patients in the experimental group were given health education in accordance with CNP,the awareness of the related knowledge of tobacco,attitude towards giving up smoking,status of abandoning smoking and the satisfaction rate of the patients with health education were compared between the two groups before and after admission. Results:The awareness of the related knowledge of tobacco,attitude towards giving up smoking,status of abandoning smoking and the satisfaction rate of the patients with health education were better and higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The health education method in the light of CNP can help stroke patients quit smoking effectively and can improve their awareness of the related knowledge of tobacco and satisfaction with health education.
