对目前神华销售集团与其用户交易的批煤调研数据进行分析,总结买卖双方出现较大发热量测值偏差时不同品种神华煤煤质化验的时间、温度、湿度等参数的变化规律,并建立实验室模拟条件进行试验研究,统计分析实验室温度、湿度差异对发热量检测的影响。研究结果表明:温湿度差异较大的冬季,批煤的南北方发热量测值差异较大;冬季温湿度差异引起的南北方干基高位发热量测定误差较大,置信范围为-259 J/g~109 J/g;夏季、秋季南北方批煤的干基高位发热量测定误差较小,置信范围分别为-79 J/g~138 J/g、-125 J/g~79 J/g。
對目前神華銷售集糰與其用戶交易的批煤調研數據進行分析,總結買賣雙方齣現較大髮熱量測值偏差時不同品種神華煤煤質化驗的時間、溫度、濕度等參數的變化規律,併建立實驗室模擬條件進行試驗研究,統計分析實驗室溫度、濕度差異對髮熱量檢測的影響。研究結果錶明:溫濕度差異較大的鼕季,批煤的南北方髮熱量測值差異較大;鼕季溫濕度差異引起的南北方榦基高位髮熱量測定誤差較大,置信範圍為-259 J/g~109 J/g;夏季、鞦季南北方批煤的榦基高位髮熱量測定誤差較小,置信範圍分彆為-79 J/g~138 J/g、-125 J/g~79 J/g。

In this paper, survey data of transaction coal between Shenhua Trading Group Limited and users was researched, the laboratory simulation conditions should be established to do the experimental research, how temperature and humidity differences of the laboratories affected the calorific value was analyzed, when the buyers and the sellers appeared larger deviation of the calorific value, the variation law of time, temperature, humidity and other parameters in the coal quality testing of different types of Shenhua coal was summarized .The results showed that for South and North, calorific value have larger difference at winter when the temperature and humidity were quite different.Big temperature and humidity differences in winter would make the measured value difference of dry basis gross calorific value between South and North relatively big, confidence interval was - 259 J/g ~ 109 J/g; in summer and autumn, the measured value difference of dry basis gross calorific value between South and North was relatively small, confidence intervals were -79 J/g~138 J/g、 -125 J/g~79 J/g.
