Expanding the infrastructure financing channel is crucial for the smooth progress of infrastructure. This paper analyzes the challenges of the current infrastructure financing model,and then discusses the new advan-tages of the banks in the infrastructure financing. Finally,on the basis of innovation experience in the developed are-as ,this paper puts forward several suggestions to help the banks play the new supporting role in the infrastructure fi-nancing.
