针对E2轧机机架辊频繁损坏现象，对机架辊轴承座和干油泵进行了改进，重新设计了机架辊独立润滑系统和机架辊挡水装置，使机架辊使用寿命提高了2倍。
針對E2軋機機架輥頻繁損壞現象，對機架輥軸承座和榦油泵進行瞭改進，重新設計瞭機架輥獨立潤滑繫統和機架輥擋水裝置，使機架輥使用壽命提高瞭2倍。
침대E2알궤궤가곤빈번손배현상，대궤가곤축승좌화간유빙진행료개진，중신설계료궤가곤독립윤활계통화궤가곤당수장치，사궤가곤사용수명제고료2배。
For the problem of frequent damages of the breast roll for the E2 rolling mill,the bearing block for the breast roll and the grease pump were upgrade by redesigning the independent lubrication system and the water retaining device for the breast roll and as a result the service life of the breast roll is increased by 2 times.
