农药分析与残留课程是青岛农业大学药学专业的必修课程之一，该文分析了农药分析与残留课程教学的主要特色、创新点和不足，从教学内容和教学方法的更新与调整、教学与科研相结合、提高教师业务水平等方面探讨了农药分析与残留课程教学改革的方法。本科生通过该课程的学习可以掌握农药检测技术，为学生以后从事农药分析、农药残留检测以及农作物和土壤环境中的农药残留动态研究提供理论基础，为我国食品安全领域输送实践型科技人才。

Pesticide Analysis and Residue was the key course of Pharmaceutical Science in Qingdao Agricultural University. Analysis about teaching characteristics、innovation and weakness of Pesticide Analysis and Residue was carried out in this paper,improvement methods of Pesticide Analysis and Residue teaching was discussed from the following aspects: updating the teaching content,adjusting the teaching ways,strengthening teaching association with scientific research,and improving teachers' professional skills,etc.Undergraduate students can master the pesticide detection technology through the learning of course,providing a theoretical basis for students to engage in analysis of pesticide dynamics residual, pesticide residue detection and pesticide residue in crop and soil environment, transporting practice talents majoring in pesticide science and technology for our country in the field of food safety.
