为研究苹果渣青贮与全株玉米青贮间的组合效应, 本试验将苹果渣和麦秸混合青贮与全株玉米青贮按100:0、80:20、60:40、40:60、20:80、0:100六个比例进行组合,每组3个重复,利用体外瘤胃发酵技术,分析体外干物质消化率(IVDMD)、菌体蛋白(MCP)含量、产气量(GP)及相应的单项组合效应(SFAEI)和多项组合效应(MFAEI). 结果表明:(1)IVDMD最大值出现在40:60的组合,为50.25%. MCP各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05). 100:0组GP最低,为33.50 mL/g,且显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),而其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05). (2)各组均产生了MFAEI正效应,且自高到低的顺序分别为40:60组、20:80组、80:20组、60:40组.总体上看,苹果渣青贮与全株玉米青贮以40:60的比例组合最好.

In order to investigate the associative effects of apple residue silage and whole corn silage,combinations of silage of apple residue and wheat straw with corn silage was mixed in the ratio of 100:0,80:20,60:40,40:60,20:80 and 0:100,respectively.There were 3 replicates for each combination,and rumen fermentation in vitro was adopted to evaluate associative effects by analysis of dry matter digestibility (IVDMD),microbial protein (MCP),gas production (GP),single-factors associative effect index (SFAEI)and multiplefactors associative effects index (MFAEI).The results showed as fol-lows:(1)In IVDMD at 24 h,the maximum value was 50.25%in group of 40:60.In MCP at 24 h,the groups had no signifi-cant difference with each other(P>0.05).In GP, the minimum value was 33.50 mL/g in group of 100:0,which was signif-icantly lower than the others (P < 0.05)and no significant difference was observed among the other five groups. (2)All groups had the positive synthetically associative effects,and the order from high to low was 40:60,20:80,80:20,60:40.It was concluded that the combination of 40:60 has the best effects in this experiment.
