本试验以1日龄科宝肉鸡为试验对象, 通过饲养试验研究酵母细胞壁替代金霉素对肉鸡新城疫抗体水平、免疫器官指数及平均日增重、平均日采食量、料肉比等生产性能指标的影响. 结果表明,与金霉素组相比,酵母细胞壁组新城疫抗体水显著提高;平均日增重提高8.09%,料肉比降低7.64%.由此可见,在饲料中添加酵母细胞壁替代金霉素,有提高肉鸡抗体水平,提高日增重和降低料肉比的作用.
본시험이1일령과보육계위시험대상, 통과사양시험연구효모세포벽체대금매소대육계신성역항체수평、면역기관지수급평균일증중、평균일채식량、료육비등생산성능지표적영향. 결과표명,여금매소조상비,효모세포벽조신성역항체수현저제고;평균일증중제고8.09%,료육비강저7.64%.유차가견,재사료중첨가효모세포벽체대금매소,유제고육계항체수평,제고일증중화강저료육비적작용.
In the test,the effects of yeast cell wall substitution of antibiotics on the newcastle disease antibody lev-els,immune organ index,the average daily gain,the average daily feed intake and the feed gain ratio of broilers were studied.The results showed that,compared with antibiotics group,newcastle disease antilody levels of broilers in yeast cell wall group was increased significantly,the daily gain was increased by 8.09%,and the feed gain ratio was decreased by 7.64%.The results indicated that adding yeast cell wall in feeds substitute antibiotics could improve newcastle disease an-tibody levels,the daily gain and decrease feed gain ratio.
