[目的]调查分析深圳市正常高值血压人群的健康促进生活方式现状,为早期干预提供科学依据。[方法]采用健康促进生活方式量表对670名正常高值血压人群进行问卷调查。[结果]670名正常高值血压人群的生活方式总分78分~167分(131.12分±19.7分),其中优4.78%,好57.76%,一般37.16%,差0.30%。各维度按标准化得分高低排名依次是自我实现、人际关系、营养、压力管理、健康责任、运动与锻炼。[结论]正常高值血压人群的生活方式有待提高,护理人员应引导病人杜绝不良个人习惯,保持合理膳食,营造良好精神情绪及坚持运动等生活方式,从而阻止正常高值血压人群向高血压病发展。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the status quo of health promoting lifestyles of 670 people with high normal blood pressure in Shenzhen city and provide scientific basis for early intervention.Methods:A total of 670 people with high normal blood pressure were investigated by Health promoting lifestyles scale.Re-sults:The total score of lifestyles of 670 people with high normal blood pressure was among 78~1 67,4.78%of them got excellent scores,57.76% of them got good scores,37.1 6% of them got ok scores,0.30% of them got poor scores.All dimensions ranked according to the standardized scores:self realization ranked the first, followed by interpersonal relationships,nutrition,stress management and health responsibility,and the exer-cise ranked the last.Conclusion:The lifestyle of people with high normal blood pressure needs to be improved. Nurses should guide the patients to eliminate the bad personal habits,keep a reasonable diet,create good mood and keep exercising,and then to prevent the progress of high normal blood pressure.
