目的：评价新型一次性包皮环切缝合器配合局部浸润复方利多卡因乳膏麻醉治疗小儿包茎及包皮过长的疗效和安全性。方法将236例小儿包茎和包皮过长患者用抽签法随机分为治疗组118例和对照组118例，治疗组患儿给予新型一次性包皮环切缝合器配合复方利多卡因乳膏局部浸润麻醉环切缝合治疗，对照组给予传统的环切术治疗。观察2组患儿的手术疼痛反应、麻醉情况、手术出血量、手术所需时间、术后并发症发生率、伤口愈合时间、包皮切口外观、家长满意度及总体评价。结果除术中疼痛外，其余各指标治疗组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。临床观察中未见治疗组有不良反应发生。结论新型一次性包皮环切缝合器配合局部浸润复方利多卡因乳膏麻醉治疗小儿包茎及包皮过长安全有效，值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：평개신형일차성포피배절봉합기배합국부침윤복방리다잡인유고마취치료소인포경급포피과장적료효화안전성。방법장236례소인포경화포피과장환자용추첨법수궤분위치료조118례화대조조118례，치료조환인급여신형일차성포피배절봉합기배합복방리다잡인유고국부침윤마취배절봉합치료，대조조급여전통적배절술치료。관찰2조환인적수술동통반응、마취정황、수술출혈량、수술소수시간、술후병발증발생솔、상구유합시간、포피절구외관、가장만의도급총체평개。결과제술중동통외，기여각지표치료조균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。림상관찰중미견치료조유불량반응발생。결론신형일차성포피배절봉합기배합국부침윤복방리다잡인유고마취치료소인포경급포피과장안전유효，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of the disposable circumcision suture device and compound lidocaine cream local infiltration anesthesia for treatment of children phimosis and redundant prepuce. Methods 236 patients of children phimosis and redundant prepuce were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,118 patients in each group. The treatment group were treated with the disposable circumcision suture device and compound lidocaine cream local infiltration anesthesia,and control group with the traditional circumcision surgery. Two groups were observed in patients with operation of anesthesia,pain,operation time,amount of bleeding after operation,operation complication rate,overall evaluation time,wound appearance,parent satisfaction and and overall evaluation of surgery. Results All indexes drawn in two groups of patients,the pain of surgery cases to exclude this indicator,the rest of the indicators are better than the control group,the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Clinical observation of treatment groups no adverse reactions. Conclusions Efficacy and safety of disposable circumcision suture device and compound lidocaine cream local infiltration anesthesia in the treatment of children phimosis and redundant prepuce,is worth popularization and application in clinic.
