目的: 观察苓桂术甘合三拗汤的止咳、 化痰、 平喘疗效. 方法: ⑴止咳作用: 将小鼠分为苓桂术甘合三拗汤合方高、 低剂量组、 苓桂术甘汤高、 低剂量组、 三拗汤高、 低剂量组、 桂龙咳喘宁对照组、 咳必清对照组、模型对照组. 各组灌胃给药, 用小鼠浓氨水引咳法观察苓桂术甘合三拗汤合方的止咳作用. ⑵化痰作用: 将小鼠随机分为模型对照组、 苓桂术甘合三拗汤合方 (简称合方组) 高、 低剂量组 、 苓桂术甘汤高、 低剂量组、 三拗汤高、 低剂量组、 桂龙咳喘宁对照组及氯化铵对照组, 用小鼠气管段酚红排泌量法观察苓桂术甘合三拗汤合方的祛痰作用. ⑶平喘作用: 将预选合格的敏感豚鼠随机分为苓桂术甘合三拗汤合方组 (简称合方组)、 苓桂术甘汤组、三拗汤组、 氨茶碱组、 模型对照组. 制备苓桂术甘汤和三拗汤水煎液及二者等容积混合液. 除氨茶碱组腹腔注射给药外 (因不起雾) , 其余各组喷雾给药, 每天15 min, 连喷3天, 用2%氯化乙酰胆碱和0. 1%磷酸组织胺等容积混合液致豚鼠哮喘, 以观察豚鼠的诱喘潜伏期. 结果: ⑴止咳作用: 苓桂术甘合三拗汤合方高剂量组的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期明显延长,与模型对照组比较, 差异有显著性, P <0. 05; 与三拗汤高、 低剂量组比较, 潜伏期延长, 但差异无显著性; 与苓桂术甘汤高、 低剂量组比较, 潜伏期明显延长, 差异有显著性, P <0. 05. ⑵化痰作用: 对小白鼠气管段酚红排泌量测定显示, 苓桂术甘合三拗汤合方高低剂量组和三拗汤高低剂量组、 苓桂术甘汤高低剂量组均可增加小鼠气管段酚红排泌量, 与模型组比较, 差异有显著性, P <0. 05. 而以苓桂术甘合三拗汤合方高剂量组为更佳. ⑶平喘作用: 苓桂术甘合三拗汤合方组的哮喘潜伏期与模型组和苓桂术甘汤组比较, 差异有显著性( P <0. 05); 与三拗汤组比较,差异有显著性 ( P <0. 05). 结论: 苓桂术甘汤合三拗汤合方有明显止咳、 化痰、平喘作用, 优于单用三拗汤或苓桂术甘汤, 且存在量效关系.
目的: 觀察苓桂術甘閤三拗湯的止咳、 化痰、 平喘療效. 方法: ⑴止咳作用: 將小鼠分為苓桂術甘閤三拗湯閤方高、 低劑量組、 苓桂術甘湯高、 低劑量組、 三拗湯高、 低劑量組、 桂龍咳喘寧對照組、 咳必清對照組、模型對照組. 各組灌胃給藥, 用小鼠濃氨水引咳法觀察苓桂術甘閤三拗湯閤方的止咳作用. ⑵化痰作用: 將小鼠隨機分為模型對照組、 苓桂術甘閤三拗湯閤方 (簡稱閤方組) 高、 低劑量組 、 苓桂術甘湯高、 低劑量組、 三拗湯高、 低劑量組、 桂龍咳喘寧對照組及氯化銨對照組, 用小鼠氣管段酚紅排泌量法觀察苓桂術甘閤三拗湯閤方的祛痰作用. ⑶平喘作用: 將預選閤格的敏感豚鼠隨機分為苓桂術甘閤三拗湯閤方組 (簡稱閤方組)、 苓桂術甘湯組、三拗湯組、 氨茶堿組、 模型對照組. 製備苓桂術甘湯和三拗湯水煎液及二者等容積混閤液. 除氨茶堿組腹腔註射給藥外 (因不起霧) , 其餘各組噴霧給藥, 每天15 min, 連噴3天, 用2%氯化乙酰膽堿和0. 1%燐痠組織胺等容積混閤液緻豚鼠哮喘, 以觀察豚鼠的誘喘潛伏期. 結果: ⑴止咳作用: 苓桂術甘閤三拗湯閤方高劑量組的小鼠咳嗽潛伏期明顯延長,與模型對照組比較, 差異有顯著性, P <0. 05; 與三拗湯高、 低劑量組比較, 潛伏期延長, 但差異無顯著性; 與苓桂術甘湯高、 低劑量組比較, 潛伏期明顯延長, 差異有顯著性, P <0. 05. ⑵化痰作用: 對小白鼠氣管段酚紅排泌量測定顯示, 苓桂術甘閤三拗湯閤方高低劑量組和三拗湯高低劑量組、 苓桂術甘湯高低劑量組均可增加小鼠氣管段酚紅排泌量, 與模型組比較, 差異有顯著性, P <0. 05. 而以苓桂術甘閤三拗湯閤方高劑量組為更佳. ⑶平喘作用: 苓桂術甘閤三拗湯閤方組的哮喘潛伏期與模型組和苓桂術甘湯組比較, 差異有顯著性( P <0. 05); 與三拗湯組比較,差異有顯著性 ( P <0. 05). 結論: 苓桂術甘湯閤三拗湯閤方有明顯止咳、 化痰、平喘作用, 優于單用三拗湯或苓桂術甘湯, 且存在量效關繫.
목적: 관찰령계술감합삼요탕적지해、 화담、 평천료효. 방법: ⑴지해작용: 장소서분위령계술감합삼요탕합방고、 저제량조、 령계술감탕고、 저제량조、 삼요탕고、 저제량조、 계룡해천저대조조、 해필청대조조、모형대조조. 각조관위급약, 용소서농안수인해법관찰령계술감합삼요탕합방적지해작용. ⑵화담작용: 장소서수궤분위모형대조조、 령계술감합삼요탕합방 (간칭합방조) 고、 저제량조 、 령계술감탕고、 저제량조、 삼요탕고、 저제량조、 계룡해천저대조조급록화안대조조, 용소서기관단분홍배비량법관찰령계술감합삼요탕합방적거담작용. ⑶평천작용: 장예선합격적민감돈서수궤분위령계술감합삼요탕합방조 (간칭합방조)、 령계술감탕조、삼요탕조、 안다감조、 모형대조조. 제비령계술감탕화삼요탕수전액급이자등용적혼합액. 제안다감조복강주사급약외 (인불기무) , 기여각조분무급약, 매천15 min, 련분3천, 용2%록화을선담감화0. 1%린산조직알등용적혼합액치돈서효천, 이관찰돈서적유천잠복기. 결과: ⑴지해작용: 령계술감합삼요탕합방고제량조적소서해수잠복기명현연장,여모형대조조비교, 차이유현저성, P <0. 05; 여삼요탕고、 저제량조비교, 잠복기연장, 단차이무현저성; 여령계술감탕고、 저제량조비교, 잠복기명현연장, 차이유현저성, P <0. 05. ⑵화담작용: 대소백서기관단분홍배비량측정현시, 령계술감합삼요탕합방고저제량조화삼요탕고저제량조、 령계술감탕고저제량조균가증가소서기관단분홍배비량, 여모형조비교, 차이유현저성, P <0. 05. 이이령계술감합삼요탕합방고제량조위경가. ⑶평천작용: 령계술감합삼요탕합방조적효천잠복기여모형조화령계술감탕조비교, 차이유현저성( P <0. 05); 여삼요탕조비교,차이유현저성 ( P <0. 05). 결론: 령계술감탕합삼요탕합방유명현지해、 화담、평천작용, 우우단용삼요탕혹령계술감탕, 차존재량효관계.
Objective:to observe the curative effect of San Ao Tang with Lingguizhugan on facilitating expectoration, suppressing cough and relieving dyspnea. Methods:1) suppressing cough:the mice were divided into high and low dosage groups of combined for-mula, high and low dosage groups of Lingguizhugan Tang, high and low dosage groups of San Ao Tang, Guilong Kechuangning Cap-sule group, Kebiqing group and control group. Each group was given intragastric administration to observe the function of suppressing cough by mouse concentrated ammonia-induced cough. 2) facilitating expectoration:the mice were randomly divided into model group, high and low dosage groups of combined formula, high and low dosage groups of Lingguizhugan Tang , high and low dosage groups of San Ao Tang, Guilong Kechuangning Capsule group and NH4CL (ammonium Chloride) group. The function of facilitating expectora-tion was observed by mice trachea phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity method. 3 ) relieving dyspnea: the preselected qualified sensitive guinea pigs were randomly divided into combined formula group, Lingguizhugan Tang group, San Ao Tang group, aminolhyl-line group and control group. Prepare water solutions of Lingguizhugan Tang and San Ao Tang , and mixed liquor of both solutions with the same volume. Except aminolhylline group with intraperitoneal injection, the others were administered with atomization, 15 min a day for three days. Mix the same volume of 2% acecoline and 0. 1% histamine phosphate to induce asthma so to observe the latency period in guinea pigs. Results:1) suppressing cough:the latency period in the high dosage group of combined formula was prolonged, compared with control group, with significant difference, P <0. 05;compared with both groups of San Ao Tang , the period was pro-longed without significant difference; compared with both groups of Lingguizhugan Tang , the period was prolonged with significant difference, P <0. 05. 2) facilitating expectoration:mice trachea phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity detection showed that all the dosage groups could increase mice trachea phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity with significant difference compared with control group, P <0. 05. And the combined formula group was superior to others. 3) relieving dyspnea:there was significant difference in the latency periods between the combined formula group and control and Lingguizhugan Tang groups, P <0. 05; compared with San Ao Tang group, the difference was significant, P <0. 05. Conclusion:the combined formula of San Ao Tang with Lingguizhugan can sig-nificantly suppress cough, facilitate expectoration and relieve dyspnea, which is superior to San Ao Tang or Lingguizhugan Tang , with dose-effect relationship.
