目的：探讨应用不同血液透析方式与腹膜透析对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者进行治疗的效果。方法整群选择2012年6月-2014年7月在该院接受治疗的93例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者随机平分为A组、B组、C组各31例,分别给予血液透析、血液透析联合血液透析滤过、腹膜透析3种方式进行治疗,并对治疗效果进行比较分析。结果接受相应治疗后,C组治疗后瘙痒程度显著低于A组和B组,B组治疗后瘙痒程度显著低于A组(P<0.05),A组变化程度不大(P>0.05)；C组患者β2-MC、iPTH、P3-均显著低于A、B两组,患者皮肤瘙痒症状的改善程度也显著优于A、B两组(P<0.05)。结论腹膜透析为尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的有效方式之一,其安全性高,效果好,值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토응용불동혈액투석방식여복막투석대뇨독증피부소양환자진행치료적효과。방법정군선택2012년6월-2014년7월재해원접수치료적93례뇨독증피부소양환자수궤평분위A조、B조、C조각31례,분별급여혈액투석、혈액투석연합혈액투석려과、복막투석3충방식진행치료,병대치료효과진행비교분석。결과접수상응치료후,C조치료후소양정도현저저우A조화B조,B조치료후소양정도현저저우A조(P<0.05),A조변화정도불대(P>0.05)；C조환자β2-MC、iPTH、P3-균현저저우A、B량조,환자피부소양증상적개선정도야현저우우A、B량조(P<0.05)。결론복막투석위뇨독증피부소양적유효방식지일,기안전성고,효과호,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the efficacy of different hemodialysis modilities and peritoneal dialysis for patients with uremic pruritus. Methods 93 patients with uremic pruritus admitted to our hospital between June 2012 and July 2014 and were randomly divided into group A, group B, group C with 31 in each one. We comparatively analyzed the efficacies of three different modilities:hemodialysis, hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration, and peritoneal dialysis, respectively used in three groups. Results Af-ter corresponding treatment, the extent of uremic pruritus was lower in group C than group A and group B, and was lower in group B than group A, P<0.05, and that of group A showed no significant changes;Theβ2-MC, iPTH, and P3- were significant lower in group C than group A and group B, and the improvement on uremic pruritus in group C was superior to that in group A and group B, P<0.05. Conclusion Peritoneal dialysis is worthy of promotion in the treatment of patients with uremic pruritus because of its higher safety and better effect.
