目的:探讨不同年级军医大学学员的感知学习风格差异. 方法:应用VARK 7.0版本,调查某军医大学所有在校学员的学习风格. 结果:①4个年级学员的学习风格类型比较未见统计学差异(χ2 =14.688,P=0.100),比例较高的是单一学习风格、四重学习风格;②4 个年级单一倾向学员的学习风格强弱未见统计学差异(χ2 =1.630,P=0.950),比例最高的是强度一般;③4 个年级单一倾向学员的学习风格类型分布有统计学差异(χ2 =28.606,P=0.001),随着年级的升高,单一学习风格的学员属于"V"的比例逐渐上升,而属于"K"的比例出现曲线波动. 结论:军医大学各年级学员均以单一、四重倾向的学习风格为主;单一学习风格中运动实践型最多,视觉型最少. 随着年级的升高,单一学习风格的学员在类型分布上有变化,而在强度上没有变化.

Objective:To discuss the perceptual learning style differences of Military Medical Univer-sity undergraduates among different grades.Methods:Using the Visual,Aural,Read/Write,Kinesthetic questionnaire ,we surveyed all undergraduates on campus of a military college.Results:①There were no statistical significance(χ2 =14.688,P=0.100)in the types of perceptual learning styles among different grades,the percentages of single learning orientation and quadruple ones being the highest.②There were no statistical significance(χ2 =1.630,P=0.950)in the intensity of single learning orientation among dif-ferent grades,the percentage of moderate ones being the highest.③There were statistical significances (χ2=430.566,P =0.000 ) in the distribution of single learning orientation among different grades.With grade increasing , the V type raised w but the K type fluctuated.Conclusion:The perceptual learning styles of all grades of medical university undergraduates are mainly single learning orientation and quad -ruple ones.Among those with single learning orientation ,the percentage of athletic practice was the high-est while that of visual is the lowest.With the grade increasing ,the distribution of single learning orienta-tion among different grades change while the intensity unchange.
