目的：探讨血清甲胎蛋白（AFP）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、癌抗原125（CA125）、CA199的联合检测在原发性肝癌（PHC）中的诊断价值。方法选取我院收治的72例PHC患者（PHC组）、80例良性肝病患者（良性肝病组），另选取同期100例体检健康者（对照组），采用化学发光法分别检测所有研究对象的血清AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199水平并进行统计学分析。结果PHC组血清AFP、CEA、CA125和CA199阳性率均高于良性肝病组与对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），4项肿瘤标志物联合检测在PHC组的阳性率高于各肿瘤标志物单项检测的阳性率，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199联合检测能够提高PHC的诊断阳性率，有助于PHC的早期诊断。
목적：탐토혈청갑태단백（AFP）、암배항원（CEA）、암항원125（CA125）、CA199적연합검측재원발성간암（PHC）중적진단개치。방법선취아원수치적72례PHC환자（PHC조）、80례량성간병환자（량성간병조），령선취동기100례체검건강자（대조조），채용화학발광법분별검측소유연구대상적혈청AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199수평병진행통계학분석。결과PHC조혈청AFP、CEA、CA125화CA199양성솔균고우량성간병조여대조조，비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05），4항종류표지물연합검측재PHC조적양성솔고우각종류표지물단항검측적양성솔，비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199연합검측능구제고PHC적진단양성솔，유조우PHC적조기진단。
Objective To study the clinical value of the combined detection of the serum levels of AFP、CEA、CA125 and CA199 in the diagnosis of primary hepatocel uar carcinoma(PHC).Methods The serum levels of AFP、CEA、CA125 and CA199 in 72 cases of PHC(PHC group),80 cases of benign liver disease(benign liver disease group)and 100 persons of healthy physical examination(control group)were measured by chemiluminescence and the detection results were statistical y analyzed. Results The positive rate of AFP、CEA、CA125 and CA199 in the PHC group were significantly higher than those in the benign liver disease group and control group,with significant dif erences(P<0.05),the positive rate of 4 item combined detection was significantly higher than that in the single item detection of various tumor markers(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of AFP、CEA、CA125 and CA199 could obviously increase the detective positive rate of PHC and could be conducive to early diagnosis of PHC.
