目的:调查上海外企白领青年(≤35 岁)的社会支持状况. 方法:借助网络平台、采用社会支持量表( SSRS)收集在上海外企工作的年龄≤35岁的白领青年人群,共纳入有效问卷3855 份. 分析其社会支持状况,探索外企白领青年社会支持的影响因素. 结果:所调查人群中,高社会支持( SSRS>45 )的比例为11 .2%,中间社会支持(23≤SSRS≤44)比例占86.2%,低社会支持(SSRS≤22)比例占2.6%. 社会支持总分(35.52 ±7.08)低于职业人群的得分(40.95 ±7.77). 二元logistics回归结果显示,社会支持总分的影响因素为性别、婚恋状况、户籍状况和工作年限;主观支持得分的影响因素为婚恋状况、户籍身份和工作年限;客观支持得分的影响因素为性别和婚恋状况;对支持利用度得分的影响因素为性别、婚恋状况、宗教信仰、工作年限和目前职位. 结论:开展基于社会支持网络的心理健康促进显得很有必要,婚恋状态、性别、户籍身份三者是上海外企白领青年社会支持的相关影响因素.

Objective:To investigate social support of the white -collar workers'( under 35 years ) in Shanghai enterprises with foreign investment.Methods:Totally 3919 valid samples were collected by on-line survey with the tools of social support rating scale ( SSRS).The factors that influenced the social sup-port were explored.Results:11.2% of the young white -collar in Shanghai enterprises with foreign in-vestment was in high social support ( SSRS >45 ) , 86.1% was middle support ( 23≤SSRS≤44 ) and 2.6%was low social support(SSRS≤22).Workers in this survey scored lower score(35.52 ±7.08)than the average score of the professional crowd (40.95 ±7.77).Binary logistics regression results showed that,the influence factors of affecting social support score were gender ,love status,the household registra-tion status and working fixed number of year ,the influencing factors of affecting subjective support score were love status ,household registration status and working fixed number of year ,the influencing factors of affecting objective support score were gender and love status , the influencing factors affecting the use of social support scores were gender ,love status ,religious beliefs ,working fixed number of year and the cur-rent position.Conclusion:It is necessary to promote the social support network for mental health improve-ment.Love status ,gender ,household registration status are related to the social supports for youth white -collar in enterprises with foreign investment.
