目的:观察血清降钙素原与C反应蛋白在细菌性感染诊断中的意义。方法本次研究对象取2014年2月~2015年2月来我院就诊的100例感染患者,根据是否为细菌性感染将其均分为对照组(非细菌性感染)与观察组(细菌性感染)各50例,检测两组血清降钙素原指数(PCT)以及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平,并对研究结果相关数据作统计学处理。结果与对照组相比,观察组血清PCT指数以及CRP水平更高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PCT阳性率高对照组(P<0.05);观察组CRP阳性率略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与非细菌性感染患者相比,细菌性感染患者血清PCT以及CRP水平更高,且PCT诊断敏感性高于CRP,可作为细菌性感染诊断的一项特异性指标,具有重要的临床诊断价值。

목적:관찰혈청강개소원여C반응단백재세균성감염진단중적의의。방법본차연구대상취2014년2월~2015년2월래아원취진적100례감염환자,근거시부위세균성감염장기균분위대조조(비세균성감염)여관찰조(세균성감염)각50례,검측량조혈청강개소원지수(PCT)이급C-반응단백(CRP)수평,병대연구결과상관수거작통계학처리。결과여대조조상비,관찰조혈청PCT지수이급CRP수평경고,조간차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조PCT양성솔고대조조(P<0.05);관찰조CRP양성솔략고우대조조,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론여비세균성감염환자상비,세균성감염환자혈청PCT이급CRP수평경고,차PCT진단민감성고우CRP,가작위세균성감염진단적일항특이성지표,구유중요적림상진단개치。
Objective To observe the serum procalcitonin and c-reactive protein in the diagnosis of bacterial infection. Methods From February 2014 to February 2015,100 patients with infection,according to whether for the bacterial infection were divided into control group(bacterial infection)and observation group(bacterial infection)50 cases each,detection of two groups of serum procalcitonin index(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP) levels,and the research results related data for statistical processing. Results Compared with control group and observation group index of serum PCT and CRP level were higher,significant difference between groups with statistical significance(P<0.05),positive predictive value of PCT observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05),observation group of CRP were slightly higher than the control group,there was no statistical y significant difference(P> 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the bacterial infection,bacterial infection were significantly higher serum levels of PCT and CRP,and sensitivity is more higher than CRP and PCT diagnosis can be used as a bacterial infection in the diagnosis of specific indicators,has an important clinical diagnostic value.
