目的:了解黎苗聚集山区教师的心理健康状况,并探讨影响黎苗聚集山区教师心理健康的相关因素.方法:采用症状自评量表( SCL-90 )对五指山市区4所中学的在职任课教师,采取自愿入组的方式进行问卷调查.结果:①SCL-90总分、因子分(躯体化、强迫症状、精神病性)与正常成人常模之间均存在差异( t=1.93,3.94, 2.15,2.42;P<0.05或0.01);②不同教龄的教师在总分、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子上存在显著差异,(F=3.41,4.70,3.33,4.79,3.11,4.28;P<0.05或0.01);③事后检验表明,教龄≤10年的教师在人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑等因子上显著高于教龄在10~20 年的教师( P<0 .01 );④SCL-90 总分、各因子分在性别、民族、文化程度上的差异性不显著(P>0.05)结论:黎苗族聚集地山区教师心理健康状况低于常模水平,教龄对心理健康有影响,对不同阶段教龄的教师应给予针对性的心理辅导与干预.
目的:瞭解黎苗聚集山區教師的心理健康狀況,併探討影響黎苗聚集山區教師心理健康的相關因素.方法:採用癥狀自評量錶( SCL-90 )對五指山市區4所中學的在職任課教師,採取自願入組的方式進行問捲調查.結果:①SCL-90總分、因子分(軀體化、彊迫癥狀、精神病性)與正常成人常模之間均存在差異( t=1.93,3.94, 2.15,2.42;P<0.05或0.01);②不同教齡的教師在總分、人際關繫敏感、焦慮、恐怖、偏執、精神病性因子上存在顯著差異,(F=3.41,4.70,3.33,4.79,3.11,4.28;P<0.05或0.01);③事後檢驗錶明,教齡≤10年的教師在人際關繫敏感、抑鬱、焦慮等因子上顯著高于教齡在10~20 年的教師( P<0 .01 );④SCL-90 總分、各因子分在性彆、民族、文化程度上的差異性不顯著(P>0.05)結論:黎苗族聚集地山區教師心理健康狀況低于常模水平,教齡對心理健康有影響,對不同階段教齡的教師應給予針對性的心理輔導與榦預.

Objective:To understand the teachers'mental health condition in Limiao mountain area , and discuss the related factors of Limiao mountain area teachers'mental health.Methods: By voluntary questionnaire investigation ,in-service teachers from four middle schools in Wuzhishan city completed the Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL -90 ).Results:① SCL -90 total score , factor points ( somatization, force symptom,psychotic)were different from the normal adult norm(t=1.93,3.94,2.15,3.94;P<0.05);②Teachers with different teaching experience were significant different in the total score , interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,terror,paranoia,and psychosis factors ( F=3.41,4.70,3.33,4.79,3.11,4.79;P<0.05);③Teachers with less than ten years'experience had higher interpersonal sensitivity ,depression, anxiety than those with 10 to 20 years'experience ( P<0.01 ).④ SCL-90 total score and each factor were not different between gender , nationality , and education degree ( p >0.05 ).Conclusion:Limiao mountain area teachers'mental health is lower than the norm;Teaching experience influences mental health;Teachers with different teaching experiences should be given corresponding psychological counse -ling and intervention.
