目的:探讨应用视频宣教对配戴角膜塑形镜患者的健康教育效果。方法按门诊编号单双号将90例患者分成2组。对照组45例采用常规、口头、书面指导的宣教方法,实验组45例在此基础上,配合视频宣教。比较2组健康知识掌握情况、配戴依从性及对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组健康知识掌握情况、配戴依从性、对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(Z =5.886,P <0.01;Z =5.931,P <0.01;Z =6.298,P <0.01)。结论应用视频宣教,可提高患者健康知识掌握程度,自觉采取健康行为,提高了对护理工作的满意度。

목적:탐토응용시빈선교대배대각막소형경환자적건강교육효과。방법안문진편호단쌍호장90례환자분성2조。대조조45례채용상규、구두、서면지도적선교방법,실험조45례재차기출상,배합시빈선교。비교2조건강지식장악정황、배대의종성급대호리공작적만의도。결과실험조건강지식장악정황、배대의종성、대호리공작적만의도명현고우대조조(Z =5.886,P <0.01;Z =5.931,P <0.01;Z =6.298,P <0.01)。결론응용시빈선교,가제고환자건강지식장악정도,자각채취건강행위,제고료대호리공작적만의도。
Objective To explore the effect of video education for patients wearing corneal shaping lens.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into a control group of 45 patients receiving oral and written guidance,and an experimental group of 45 patients receiving additional video education.The knowledge of wearing corneal shaping lens,compliance and satisfaction to nursing care of both groups were compared.Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the above three aspects(Z =5.886,P <0.01;Z =5.931,P <0.01;Z =6.298,P <0.01 ).Conclusion Video health education can improve patients′ knowledge about wearing shaping lens,promote their compliance and satisfaction to nursing care.
