[目的]在护士分层级管理基础上动态评估临床护士的综合能力,为提高护士综合能力与合理使用提供参考。[方法]在实施护士分层级管理基础上,分别对2013年5月与2014年6月 N2级~N4级临床护士病情观察能力、护理评估能力、应急处理能力、团队合作能力、教学科研能力5项指标进行动态评估,并对得分进行比较。[结果]2014年6月 N2级~N4级临床护士与2013年5月N2级~N4级临床护士得分比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);N2级护士病情观察能力、护理风险评估能力及应急处理能力明显提高(P <0.05),N3级护士护理风险评估能力、应急处理能力及教学科研能力明显提高(P <0.05),N4级护士护理风险评估能力及教学科研能力明显提高(P <0.05)。[结论]在分层管理下,通过综合能力动态评估,可使护士明确自己的临床护理能力,充分调动各层级护理人员的工作积极性,提高其评判性思维能力和风险评估能力,有利于护理人员分层使用,优化护理人员能力结构,进一步提高病人对护理服务质量的满意度。

Objective:On the basis of nurses’hierarchical management,to carry out dynamic assessment of clini-cal nurses’comprehensive ability,so as to provide references for improving the comprehensive ability of nurses and rational use of nurses.Methods:On the basis of nurses’hierarchical management,the dynamic assessment was carried out for five indexes in level N2~N4 clinical nurses in May 2013 and June 2014,these indexes includ-ed their disease observation ability,nursing assessment capacity,emergency response capacity,teamwork,teach-ing and research,and the scores were statistically compared.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the scores of level N2~N4 nurses between May 2013 and June 2014(P <0.05).Level N2 nurses’disease ob-servation ability,nursing risk assessment capacity and emergency response capacity were significantly increased (P <0.05);level N3 nurses’risk assessment capabilities,emergency response capacity and teaching and research capability were significantly improved(P <0.05),N4 level nurses’risk assessment capabilities and teaching and research capability were improved significantly(P <0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of hierarchical manage-ment,the dynamic assessment of comprehensive ability can enable nurses define their clinical care capacity,fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of nurses at all levels and improve their critical thinking skills and risk assess-ment capacity.It is conducive to the stratified use of nurses and optimizing the nurses’ability structure and fur-ther to improve patients’satisfaction with the quality of care and services.
