[目的]探讨护患沟通情景教学在《人际沟通》实践教学中的效果。[方法]选取护理专科生98人,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组接受护患沟通情景教学,对照组采用常规教学方法,在情景教学前及教学后1周、3个月应用护理专科实习生常见护患沟通障碍场景沟通情况调查问卷及护患沟通能力评价量表进行评价。[结果]观察组护生的沟通能力优于对照组。[结论]护患沟通情景教学有利于提高护生的沟通能力。

[목적]탐토호환구통정경교학재《인제구통》실천교학중적효과。[방법]선취호리전과생98인,수궤분위관찰조화대조조,관찰조접수호환구통정경교학,대조조채용상규교학방법,재정경교학전급교학후1주、3개월응용호리전과실습생상견호환구통장애장경구통정황조사문권급호환구통능력평개량표진행평개。[결과]관찰조호생적구통능력우우대조조。[결론]호환구통정경교학유리우제고호생적구통능력。
Objective:To probe into the effect of nurse patient communication situational teaching in “interper-sonal communication”practice teaching.Methods:A total of 98 junior college nursing students were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The students in observation group received the nurse patient communication situational teaching,and the nursing students in control group received the routine teaching.Before the situational teaching and in a week and three months after teaching,the trainees were evalua-ted by using the nursing specialist trainee common nurse patient communication disorder scene communication situation questionnaire and nurse patient communication ability evaluation scale.Results:The communication ability of nursing students in observation group was better than that in control group.Conclusion:Nurse pa-tient communication situational teaching is helpful to improve the communication ability of nursing students.
