在青海柴达木盆地卤水钾盐钻探中,钻遇地层为新近系干盐湖沉积地层,上部孔段岩性是粘土层,其特征是水敏性强,在施工中产生易缩径、造浆,下部孔段为砂砾碎屑岩,孔壁易出现掉块、坍塌等现象,给钻探施工带了困难。针对钻遇地层特点,采取先在室内进行卤水钻井液实验,选择出适合的钻井液配方,再到野外现场应用试验的研究方法。为了评价卤水钻井液的性能,选择淡水防塌钻井液、不饱和盐水钻井液、饱和盐水钻井液、卤水钻井液四种不同种类的钻井液进行钻井液抑制性、泥皮质量和润滑性能对比测试,结果表明,卤水钻井液性能优于其他类型钻井液。该钻井液的研制,有效保持了孔壁稳定和较高的岩心采取率,并取得了较好的经济技术效果。

In the drilling of halogenic sylvinite in Qaidam Basin, Qinghai, intersected strata have Neogene playa sedimentary layers. The upper part is clay with strong water sensitivity, and easy to cause hole shrinkage and slurrying;lower part is sandy gravel clastic rocks, easy to cause wall sloughing, collapsing, thus have brought difficulties in drilling operation. In allusion to intersected strata char?acteristics, using a research method of to test salt brine drilling fluid in laboratory first, select adapted drilling fluid formula, then apply?ing the result on the spot. To assess drilling fluid performances, fresh water collapsing prevention, unsaturated salt water, saturated salt water and salt brine four kinds of drilling fluids to carry out their rejection capability, mud-cake quality and lubrification comparison tests. The result has shown that the performance of salt brine drilling fluid is superior to other kinds of drilling fluid. The preparation of salt brine drilling fluid has kept borehole wall stability and higher rock core recovery effectively, and obtained better economical and technological results.
